I feel like I was hardly in London for long before I've been whisked off again, but I'm all settled here in Scotland. The place where I'm staying is nice, which is a good change from the usual places I get stuck in. It's right on the water, there's a brilliant view, and some amazing historic castles nearby. I might go explore for a bit before I get sucked into meetings and all that exciting business for the next week. Wish me luck on that, I'll be needing it. If anyone has time to apparate over and stay for a bit, I'd love the company. There aren't many people around here, surprisingly. |

I'm glad they've figured out the whole mess with the magic loss, and even moreso to hear of the return of most of the missing girls to their families. My regards to Padma and Hermione for finding the source of the magic loss so an antidote could be made in the first place, brilliant work. As for the ladies who've just come home, feel better. Right. It looks I chose the perfect time to be out of the country. All this business about people losing their magic and then those kidnappings. Bloody crazy if you ask me. I hope it all gets resolved soon, though, and those people are found. You know, it's funny. I've been in my flat for hardly an hour and I already want to leave. Anyone up for a drink? I'm overdue for some firewhiskey. |
